Out spoken United Progressive People(UPP) leader has been detained at the Lusaka Central after giving an interview to Diamond T.V UPP Spokesman Kizito Mukuka confirmed the development to Tumfweko. Dr Chishimba has been on the police wanted list since his last press briefing at his Kambulonga office. Police captured Dr Chishimba at the Diamond TV premises few minutes after his interview.
