Drama as William ‘Tekere’ Banda Is Acquitted After His Court Case Papers go Missing

William ‘Tekere’ Banda has been acquitted by the Livingstone Magistrate court after it was discovered that his court case papers where missing from both the court and Zambia Police.

William ‘Tekere’ Banda caused a stir as he demanded an explanation from Southern Province Police Commissioner Charity Katanga on what has happened to the papers after subjecting him to untold treatment in jail during Livingstone by-election and trekking to Court from Lusaka forcing Katanga to run away after ordering junior Police Officers to form a human wall blocking UPND cadres who wanted to have an audience with Katanga.
