Dear Editor,
For the sake of Zambia, please publish this my prayer for the Zambia National Soccer team.
The Bible says ‘If two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven”. As i pray this prayer for the Zambia National Soccer team who take on Burkina Faso today, all i need is a good number of Zambians to simply reply ‘AMEN’ to get the result. This is Jesus Christ who promised, and his promises are all true. Here we go:
My dear heavenly Father, thank you so much for the grace to be alive to see this day. Without you Lord, those that build a house build it in vain; and those that watch at night watch in vain. Please dear Lord, as Zambia takes on Burkina Faso today, we realise that humanly speaking, we are in a weaker position than them. We need your intervention to see us through to the quarterfinals. Please Lord, grant that Zambia beat Burkina Faso today in Jesus’ name. We thank you for the last Africa Cup you gave us and we believe you can give us this one too because it is in Jesus’ name that we pray in agreement. Amen.
Let me now have your AMENs fellow citizens and let’s see what the LORD will do today in Jesus Christ’s name.
