While keeping details of the chemical used in gassing people close to his chest, Inspector General of Police Kakoma Kanganja said yesterday that his men and women have full knowledge of the drowsing and sometimes fatal spray.
“Disclosing the contents of the chemicals may mean giving information to other criminals,” he said.
