RTSA Incompetence Exposed As More Than 72,842 Registered Vehicles In Zambia Have Not Been Cleared By ZRA

The Zambia Revenue Authority has disclosed that it is pursuing some 72,842 vehicles in the country, that are not appearing in their ASYCUDA vehicle clearing system.
This means that they were brought into the country without being cleared at the borders. This colossal figure represents about 20% of the vehicles registered by RTSA.
ZRA Commissioner General Kingsley Chanda says the organisation will come out with a comprehensive list of the most wanted vehicles in the country after 31st December 2016.
