OPPOSITION UPND Memebers of Parliament Jonas Shakafuswa and Request Muntanga have caused chaos at the Election Commission of Zambia totaling centre at Mulungushi conference centre after learning and coming to terms that their leader opposition UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema has lost the Presidential elections.
President elect Edgar Lungu will officially be announced as winner by ECZ soon.
